Welcome to the asimorama.gr Online Store. The Online Store provides its services to you, visitors or customers, only with your acceptance of the following Terms of Use. As long as you visit or make purchases through asimorama.gr, you automatically accept these terms. Please read them carefully. It is also noted that the use or purchase of any other services provided by the asimorama.gr Online Store are subject to the specific terms of use, except in cases where deviations from these terms are expressly stated.
Product information
The photos depicting the products are indicative and cannot under any circumstances be binding for asimorama.gr In addition, regarding the technical characteristics and descriptions of the products that come from our partners or suppliers, asimorama.gr is exempt from any responsibility regarding the validity of their content.
The item for sale
The products sold by asimorama.gr are manufactured to be available in the European region and to be used by machines in the same region. The technical characteristics and other details of the products sold are available and you can find them by following the search instructions listed on our websites and by "clicking" on the name of the corresponding product.
Prices
The prices listed on the Website are in euros and include all taxes (24% VAT) except shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and appear during the order while they are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.
asimorama.gr reserves the right to modify the prices applied to the products on its Site at any time but undertakes to apply the prices listed on the Website at the time of your order.
Availability
Please note that we process your order within the framework of our available stocks.
In the event that one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you via e-mail within 2 working days from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.
In addition, product availability is indicative and not binding.
Methods of delivery
Express delivery that allows you to receive your package within 12/24 hours by courier (calculating as the start date the date of shipment and not the order and considering only working days).
If your order is placed before 12pm, it will be prepared within the same day, subject to the product you ordered being available in stock.
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the products you choose.
The delivery times indicated on the Site are indicative and may be subject to change. asimorama.gr will not be held responsible for the consequences due to delivery delay or loss of your parcel by the carrier.
In the event that the package is not received within the stated deadlines, an inquiry is made to the carrier and lasts up to 15 days. During this period, no refunds or reshipments can take place.
Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and indicate, if not, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten remarks after signature, any anomaly.
You must also confirm these comments by email to asimoramail@gmail.com on the same day or no later than one business day after receiving your order. Any application made outside this deadline will not be accepted and exempts asimorama.gr from any responsibility towards the Customer.
If products are to be returned, they must be sent within 2 days of the delivery date to the following address:

The return of products will only be accepted for products that are in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories, and instructions for use. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
We inform you that a 24-hour delay is possible regarding the delivery of your order. Indeed, for security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are subject to verification by asimorama.gr
Therefore, and in order to avoid any delay, we invite you to place your order using
- a registered or business email address.
- a landline or mobile phone number so that we can contact you at any time.
In addition, for every order whose amount exceeds the limit set by asimorama.gr (900 euros), you will be asked to send us an identity card and proof of residence by fax, email or post.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but these measures demonstrate our desire to protect our customers from potential credit card fraud.

4. Cash on delivery
Online payment by credit card is made through the "Secure Socket Layer" security system that ensures the encryption of your bank details during their transmission over the network.
All payments made on asimorama.gr are checked and evaluated by Eurobank EFG. For all your transactions on our Website, you are insured by Eurobank EFG. If Eurobank EFG considers that there is a risk and refuses to guarantee the security of a transaction, we are able to refuse to process your order.
For payment by bank transfer, the transfer should be deposited in a bank within 2 days from the date of registration of the order. Beyond this limit, the order will be cancelled. Estimate around 2-3 days from the moment of deposit for the bank transfer to reach asimorama.gr. Consequently, delivery takes place within 7-8 working days from the date of payment of the remittance. The amount of the bank commission is borne by the Customer. The necessary bank details of the account to which you should make your transfer are known upon completion of your order.
Security
asimorama.gr uses the SSL protocol, with 128-bit encryption (the strongest today), for secure online commercial transactions. This encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read or changed in transit over the Internet.

Annulment
asimorama.gr has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to asimoramail@gmail.com or fax to 210-2618539. This possibility is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the shipment of your order. After this time point cancellation is not possible.
Return
Only products that are in perfect condition in their original packaging with full contents will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of the order.
Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer when shipping the product (the product is shipped at the customer's risk).
We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and choose
possibly shipping a declared value that represents the cost of the products you are shipping. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the transport services.
In any case, the return is the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns are not accepted for products that are on sale.
Any product that is damaged, or whose packaging is damaged, will not receive compensation. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied according to the diagnosis carried out by the asimorama.gr department
The warranty does not apply to the repair of damages resulting from an external cause (e.g. accident, impact, lightning, electrical surges...), use or installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's definitions, non-observance of the instructions for good device maintenance, commercial or collective use and improper use of peripherals, accessories or consumables.
Upon reimbursement, the customer is reimbursed to the account of the credit card with which the payment was made or in the case of remittance with a corresponding bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer.
The guarantees of the products sold by asimorama.gr do not cover:
- the replacement of consumables (batteries, lamps, fuses, antennas, walkman headphones, microphones, wear and tear of recording and reading heads),
- the abnormal or inappropriate use of the products. Regarding this point, we invite you to carefully read the instructions for use that come with the product,
- damages caused by accessories (power cables),
- defects and their consequences due to the intervention of a repairer not approved by asimorama.gr
- the defects and their consequences due to use not suitable for the one intended for the product (professional use, group use...),
- defects and their consequences due to any external cause,
asimorama.gr cannot be held responsible in case the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty.
The manufacturer is entitled to request the payment of envelope costs in case of refusal to pay the prescribed costs. In case of acceptance of the analysis of the projected costs, the customer is obliged to send to asimorama.gr a bank transfer equal to the amount defined in the analysis of the projected costs.
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE MODEL OR SERIAL NUMBER OF THE HARDWARE HAS BEEN CHANGED
